Ideally, you should eat when you're hungry! Yet our pace of life in today's society forces us to eat around every 4 hours (in the morning around 8 am, at noon between 12 pm and 2 pm, in the afternoon at 4 pm and in the evening for dinner at around 8 pm). If, for family and / or business reasons, you happen to be eating when you're not hungry, you should try to control your consumption and limit yourself - and eat properly at the next meal. However, it's strongly advised not to skip a meal as you may eat more at the next meal, or snack too much. Don't forget your breakfast! This first meal of the day must be balanced! You need to be full of energy from the get go! Calories consumed early on will be eliminated throughout the day. The evening meal, which precedes your sleep and a long period of inactivity, should not be too rich. Try a soup or a plate of raw vegetables!
